Win % blends the box-score model with the market's own de-vigged price, so it's deliberately less extreme than the model alone. Fair is the consensus no-vig price across every regulated book posting the same line. The model doesn't see injury news — a teammate ruled out late can move a line for reasons it can't know about, so check the news before betting a big edge.
